Written Review: Beyond expectations! Our church has used Serviz in the past and we were pleased with the work their contractors performed. So when it came time to select a roofing service it was a big factor that the roofer we chose was backed by Serviz. As for the contractor they sent, Custom Home Remodeling & Roofing, inc, we were impressed. CHR repaired three roofing sections, one torch down and the other two Gaco coating. Unfortunately rains came during first, incomplete leg of roof repair and water damage occurred in ceiling and flooring. Tony, the site foreman, did not hesitate to remedy the damage and restore the room (new drywall, new flooring and even unaffected walls painted new) beyond it’s prior condition. Since CHR does roofing and much more, they fixed damage quickly and professionally. And on their dime! The Gaco coated roof work looks thorough and pristine, and warranted by the Gaco manufacturer which inspected work after it was finished. Kudos to CHR!!
