I have known Brian Wellman (Custom Home Remodeling) since about 2003. We first met when he was selling windows for another company. When he started his own construction company I was delighted and through the years his company has practically remodeled my whole house.
We have replaced all the windows and the doors (French doors and sliding glass doors); plastered and painted (including installing crown modeling) 2 rooms; installed artificial grass and laid cement patios; painted the entire house (inside and out, which included Tex-coating the exterior; and many other jobs.
Two of the biggest jobs we did were re-doing the fireplace wall and hearth with marble (like laying tile) and a total bathroom remodel. The later was a huge job and included building and then doing the tile work on a very large walk-in shower and bathing bench. That bathroom is really a showplace now.
I have always been satisfied with Mr. Wellman’s staff and work. They are entirely trustworthy, to the point they have had a key to my house and I never felt I had to stay home because they were working here. They have always rectified any concerns I have had.
